The Ashtanga room is our largest practice space with over 60 feet of windows on Fifth Avenue. This stunning room looks across the street at the New York Public Library and Bryant Park. There are three columns with recessed areas for antique statues of Ganesh and Hanuman. The colors are vibrant tones of persimmon and saffron. The Ashtanga Yoga Shala at Yoga Sutra is a correct and appropriate venue for our accomplished Yoga Director and his devoted students. Coupled with Christopher Hildebrandt's talent and energy, the Yoga Sutra Ashtanga room is simply the most exceptional place to practice Ashtanga Yoga.
