Located in Midtown Manhattan, opposite the New York Public Library, we offer yoga classes in New York City for students of all levels of proficiency from beginners, and those with Special Needs, including prenatal yoga classes, to the most advanced students. Ashtanga yoga, Vinyasa yoga and Iyengar yoga classes available.
